Full On Fitness BootCamps go outside – meet us at our location at Beban Park first.
Classes are on going and run all spring and summer long – so you don’t have to wait to get started!
Try out a drop in, a month or commit to a year it is up to you,
but the workout is up to us.
The equipment we use in our Outdoor Bootcamp for the strength training portion includes (but is not limited to) the following;
- Medicine ball
- Stretch tube
- Stabilizer Training Products
The cardio portion of the Bootcamp consists of drills, stairs, aerobic and metabolic type exercises, walking, skipping, running or jogging depending on your level of fitness.

WITH NO CONTRACTS OR GYM MEMBERSHIP FEES YOU PAY AS YOU GO.
(All classes a limited in capacity for your safety, enjoyment as well as to ensure you get the most out of your program)
We do recommend that you give yourself at least 24 hrs between sessions to let your body recover and we will gladly teach you self myofascial release techniques to get to most from your recovery time.
Drop in options are available for people to check out the camp.
The cost to drop in is $15.00 which will be deducted from your registration fee if you sign up for a camp within 30 days of your drop in session.
