We provide a non-intimidating class that anyone can participate in because of you workout at your own level.
Indoor Boot Camps are held at our performance studio during the colder months of the year so you can get the best of boot camp without the worst of the elements.
Registration is ongoing so there is no need to wait to attain your health and fitness goals, but classes are limited.
We focus on functional fitness and athletic conditioning and will get you the results you need at a pace that is safe, fun and effective.

Our trainers are not just Boot Camp instructors, but are BCRPA registered fitness leaders and personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches.
This means our trainers have the knowledge and education to successfully get you where you want to go.
Your goal could be as simple as being able to do pushups on your toes or improve your 5k run time.
Come to Boot Camp with or without a goal, either way, Improved Health and
Fitness will be achieved, changes in your body, your energy, your state of mind, and your overall well being will be the results of your hard work and we will be there to show you the way.
