This self-paced, full bodied workout provides you with an efficient routine to gain improvements in both strength and cardiac endurance, improve your fitness and better your health all in an hour.
Classes provide unlimited variety, we will integrate balance, core strength, stability, agility, and both anaerobic and aerobic conditioning by using TRX Suspension System, Kettlebells, Slide Boards, Medicine Balls and more.
This IS VI’s most kickass class, all you have to do is show up and do the circuit as many times as your able during the hour.
Although this class is self-paced there is always a certified instructor on hand to ensure safety and to optimize each clients workout so that they gain the most success from their time, since the group allows for no more than 4 clients this is the best thing next to personal training.
