Kettlebell 101




These Russian invented cast iron weights resembling a cannonball

will be used to optimize your cardio, strength, power and flexibility in a variety of explosive exercises. Basic movements mimicking real world activities promote functional strength and conditioning. Unlike traditional dumbells this class will utilize the kettlebells center of mass to build core strength and endurance through full body movements, not to mention grip strength.
