This is a new class at our facility and we proud to offer this unique style of workout.
In this 1 hour class you will be using TRX Suspension System, Kettlebells, Slide Boards, Medicine Balls and more. This IS Nanaimo's most kickass class!!!
We take all the confusion out as our athletic performance specialist write you a new workout each week. Your job….do as many rounds as you can within the hour!!!

A non-intimidating class that will leave you feeling energized. This self-paced, full bodied workout provides you with an efficient routine to gain improvements in both strength and cardiac endurance within a limited time. During our classes that provide unlimited variety, we will integrate balance, core strength, stability, agility, and both anaerobic and aerobic conditioning.
Altough this class is self-paced there is always and instructor on hand to ensure safety and to optimize each clients workout so that they gain the most success from their time.
