TRX BOOTCAMP (1hr)




This class will give you that great full body workout you come to expect from Full On Fitness but it is only an 1hr in length for those of you short on time but not on goals

                                                                       

 

Intervals of our TRX Suspension System along with a variety of other progressive equipment, such as BOSU, kettlebells and Stability boards will provide an hour of workout torture. This elite program will build your power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility all while preventing injuries.

 

Your body weight sets the intensity level which in turn increases your core stability and strength during this unique push your limits workout. For those individuals looking for the ulitmate in strength and conditioning this class utilizes the TRX to its full extent, while still providing you with a sense of fun and function.
