Next Outdoor Bootcamp begins on July 2012
Full On Fitness Outdoor BootCamps at Beban Park run for 8 weeks and consist of 3 (1.5 hour) sessions per week. All BootCamps are now outdoors at Beban Park.
You can select which of the class times best suits your schedule – We recommend that you give yourself at least 24 hours between sessions to let your body recover.
Ongoing registration may be possible between sessions if space permits – contact us at any time to inquire about openings. We also offer a drop in option for people to check out the camp. The cost to drop in is $20.00 which will be deducted from your registration fee if you sign up for a camp within 30 days of your drop in session. We require 24 hours notice of a drop in to ensure we have space and equipment for you during the session.
The equipment we use in our Outdoor Bootcamp for the strength training portion ( medicine ball/stretch tube/dumbbells) For Our Indoor BootCamp Stabilizer Training Products, TRX, AND MUCH MORE the cardio portion of the Bootcamp consists of drills, stairs,aerobic type exercises, and one of the following walking,skipping,running or jogging depending on your level of fitness. Nordic walking is also available as Jon is a certified Nordic Walking instructor.
This program is unique in that anyone can participate in the program because you workout at your own level. The program progresses through the 8 weeks and overload is achieved due to variance of resistance.
