Nordic Walking is a great form of exercise which is easy to learn and easy on the lower joints of the body (hips, knees, and ankles).

The addition of Nordic Walking Poles to your regular walking routine will increase your Caloric Expenditure by 40%!

At Full On Fitness we use only Urban Poling Poles – which are, in our opinion, the very best on the market for so many reasons – most importantly the Results!!!

Currently we have no class times available, but if you are interested contact us to preregister for this Fall Workshop, or book a personal, small group or private group or corporate class training session with Jon our Certified Nordic Instructor.
