About Our Indoor BootCamp
This BootCamp program is unique in that anyone can participate in the program because you workout at your own level.
Indoor Bootcamp Equipment:
- Strength Training – Medicine ball, Stretch Tube, Kettlebells
- Stabilizer Training Products – TRX
- Cardio – Drills, Stairs, Aerobic Exercises, and one of the following Nordic Walking, Walking, Skipping, Running or Jogging depending on your level of fitness.
The program progresses through the 8 weeks and overload is achieved due to variance of resistance. Full On Fitness Indoor BootCamps are held in the Athletic Development and Training part of our facility.

- Goal Setting – Not many people would just show up at the airport to go on a trip without a plan of where they were going, or how they were going to get there. Yet most people approach their fitness routine this way. If you don't know where you want to go how are you going to know when you get there? Or how are you going to know if you are on the right path? Thats what Full on Fitness Bootcamp is all about. Our trainers are not just Bootcamp instructors but are BCRPA registered fitness leaders and personal trainers. This means our trainers have the knowledge and education to successfully get you where you want to go.Your Goal could be as simple as being able to do pushups on your toes or improve your running ability.Come to Boot Camp with or without a goal. It will become very clear in your mind what your goals will be.Improved Health and Fitness will be achieved! Guaranteed!!!
