Indoor BootCamp
Full On Fitness offers Nanaimo's #1 BootCamp program. We provide a non-intimidating class that anyone can participate in because you workout at your own level. Indoor BootCamps are held at our Strength and Conditioning Center on Boxwood Rd, during the colder months of the year so you can get the best of bootcamp without the worst of the elements. Registration is ongoing so there is no need to wait to attain your health and fitness goals.
UNLIMITED BOOTCAMP $125 per/month
- We have on-going registration so you can join at any time.
- All sessions are 1.5 hours long.

This is a Results Oriented Program. You will increase your Strength, Cardio, as well Lose Fat and increase your Energy. What are you waiting for?
We also offer a drop in option for people to check out the camp. The cost to drop- in is $20.00 which will be deducted from your registration fee if you sign up for a camp within 30 days of your drop in session.
AUTO-RENEW AND SAVE
If you plan to commit for 4 months or more then you can save %20 off your monthly purchase price making your Unlimited Bootcamp fee $110/month!!! (plus HST). Using our MindBody scheduler go to the online store and click 'contracts' to purchase an auto-renew and save if you commit to a minimum of 4 months. .

On top of the many physical and psychological benefits you will recieve from your new exercise program, Full On will also help with
- Goal Setting – Not many people would just show up at the airport to go on a trip without a plan of where they were going, or how they were going to get there. Yet most people approach their fitness routine this way. If you don't know where you want to go how are you going to know when you get there? Or how are you going to know if you are on the right path?
- Nutrition - Our nutritional coach is on hand to help guide you to success. Not everyone has the knowledge or know how to keep on track, but we will do our best to offer guidance, motivation, adherance and education to help you attain your goals.
- Results – We guarantee that Full on Fitness will take you to the next level of fitness. There is only one thing that we ask from you - COMMITMENT! You have already made a commitment to yourself by checking out fitness options, however if you make the commitment to Full On for 8 weeks and give it your all you will be thrilled at the changes you see – Thats what Full on Fitness Bootcamp is all about.
Our trainers are not just Bootcamp instructors but are BCRPA registered fitness leaders and personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches. This means our trainers have the knowledge and education to successfully get you where you want to go. Your goal could be as simple as being able to do pushups on your toes or improve your running ability. Come to Boot Camp with or without a goal either way Improved Health and Fitness will be achieved, changes in your body, your energy, your state of mind, and your overall well being will be the results of your hard work and we will be there to show you the way.

Please note that all equipment needed for Full on Fitness Bootcamp will be provided by the camp. There is also a mandatory PARQ needed for all participants and must be signed prior to participation.
