Build true "functional" stength head to toe. You will use raw techniques that utilize equipment such as ropes, kettle bells, tires, and sledgehammers to acquire solid gains of muscle while increasing your strength, endurance, power, and mental toughness. Our hard-core condtitioning will reach those muscles no traditional weight training class can strengthen.
