Classes Tues/Thurs @7pm and Sat @10am

For those that need to release the stress of daily life, this is your class for you. An hour of intense cardio that get your heart pumping. Your workout is optimized with the use kickboxing, boxing, strength and conditioning and MMA techniques that deliver a full body workout with each punch.

 

                                                                                                                                                           

Although there is no physical contact you will let off steam as you punch heavy bags, focus pads, kick bags and if thats not enough to get your heart rate going we got you covered as we will implement many of our unique strength and conditioning exercises and equipment to give you a full body FULL ON workout.
