Stroller Bootcamp is for everyone including babies & tots!
Having a baby leaves you forever changed and your body is no exception.
Your inner and outer core, (those things formally known as your abs) are left confused with the aftermath of relaxin hormone which has left you with increased flexibility but sadly also with decreased strength, stability, pelvic floor control and perhaps poor alignment.
This, combined with lack of sleep, carrying baby and all their "necessities" will leave new moms vulnerable to injury.
So before you go crazy with exercise inorder to regain that "before baby" body this class will slowly and safely help you regain your core and pelvic floor strength.
CAUTION This is the same great Bootcamp Full On Fitness is known to deliver just geared towards new moms, so be ready to work because we take your postnatal body into account but also your goals :) At Full On Fitness we believe in incorporating fitness into everyone's lifestyle; helping us all to gain a healthy, balanced life and body.

Our program is baby and tot friendly, all you need is a stroller to work through a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core.
Mamas of all fitness levels are welcome and are encouraged to do the class at their own pace, while being motivated and encouraged by our instructors.
