Youth Athletic Conditioning Programs
We have different programs for different age groups focusing on appropriate athletic skill development for that group.
The Youth Athletic Conditioning programs consists of speed and movement skills, coordination development, proper strength training techniques, and Olympic lifting Techniques, plyometrics/jump training and flexibility training. All exercises are age appropriate for injury prevention
After School Programs are now in progress!!!
AGES 12-18 Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Fridsay from 4-5pm to advance your sport training and goals.
