Strength and Condition for Injury Prevention Running Program
This program will put you out in front of the pack, without lengthy runs that monopolize your free time. We will use a combination of Resisted Running, Sprints, Speed/Agility/Quickness Drills, and Core Training
…the end result…
you run faster, longer with better form and less risk of injury.
During our 12week program you will learn to incorporate Self Myofacial Release with the Foam Rollers and TriggerPoint Systems enhancing your muscles regeneration, stretching for optimal flexibility, and edurance nutrition. Each client will be given a Functional Movement Screen to optimize your body mechanics and add prehab to your running program.
ALL an essential component in any injury free running program.
Note: This is not a learn to run clinic but rather a strength and conditioning program although running programs can be given to assist you on achieving your goals, whatever they may be. Join us for a fun, stress free yet challenging class that will have you seeing running in a whole new light.
