Summer 2012 Hockey Camp

 

The Full On Fitness Hockey Strength and Conditioning Camps are serious about getting players ready for the hockey season. Each day consists of 3 hours of training:

 

  • (1 hour)     Ice time – Drills and Skills
  • (1 hour)     Dryland Training
  • (1 hour)     Workout at the Full On Fitness Athletic Development Centre.

 

This Hockey Camp is for people who are serious about playing Hockey and improving their overall performance. Limited space. Register today

 

Nanaimo’s Top Strength and Conditioning Coaches will be offering Hockey and Conditioning Camps for players that are serious about getting ready for the season.

All camps will include dryland training and sport specific drills.

Hockey camp will also include ice time.
