Our Athletic Conditioning programs are geared towards individual or team training that is sport specific.

So no matter what sport you play we will optimize yoiur performance. Increasing, strength, agility, flexibility, momentum, endurance and inury pervention.

Currently we have team athletes who play the following;

  • Baseball
  • Volleyball
  • Roller Derby
  • Swimming
  • Lacrosse.

We also have individual clients improving thier strength and conditioning in such sports as;

  • Dragon Boat

  • Martial Arts (MMA)

Sports Nutrition

Connecting optimal performance with optimal nutrition. Consider a nutritional consult to assess your habits and perscribe improvemnts. Our nutrition coaching program can optimize your recovery, increase your energy and speed your strength and conditioning progress. See what nutrition timing, periodization and recovery nutrition can do for your game. We can give you tips for pre and post game meals, on the road nutrition and injury nutrition to provide you that extra edge above the competition.
