
Fitness Bootcamp
Each session is 1.5 hours long. This is a Results Oriented Program.
You will increase your Strength, Cardio Fitness as well Lose Fat and increase your Energy.
Full On Fitness Indoor/Outdoor BootCamps run for 8 weeks and consist of 3 (1.5 hour) sessions per week.
You can select which of the class times best suits your schedule.
We recommend that you give yourself at least 24 hours between sessions to let your body recover. The equipment we use in our Bootcamp for the strength training portion are all supplied.

Jon has spent years in the fitness industry and it is truely his passion.
Jon is one of the friendliest and most outgoing trainers you will ever meet, and has trained clients from various ages and physical capabilities.
Jon is an expert in his field and has used his experience and knowledge to produce The Full On Fitness Athletic Development System (ADS). He constantly strives to be the top in his field and his areas of specialization including: Youth Athletic Development, Strength and Conditioning, Injury Prevention , and Facilitated Stretching.
Jon is a Certified Personal Trainer Registered with The BCRPA.
Jon is the New Strength and Conditioning Coach for The Nanaimo Clippers Hockey Team
Jon is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Canada Bowl National Champions/Inter Gold Cup Champions/ BCJFL Champions The VI Raiders Football team.
Jon is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Nanaimo Timberman Lacrosse Team Senior “A” and Intermediate “A” Teams.
Jon also trains a variety of young athletes from Hockey, Lacrosse , Baseball,Golf, MMA and Motor Cross.
