    BOOTCAMP TIMES***

    MONDAY,WEDNESDAY,FRIDAY 6:00AM AND 6:00PM --TUESDAY and THURSDAY AT 6:00PM
    SATURDAY 8:30AM

    Each session is 1.5 hours long.
    This is a Results Oriented Program. You will increase your Strength, Cardio Fitness as well Lose Fat and increase your Energy.

    Full On Fitness Outdoor BootCamps at Beban Park run for 8 weeks and consist of 3 (1.5 hour) sessions per week.
    You can select which of the class times best suits your schedule - We recommend that you give yourself at least 24 hours between sessions to let your body recover.
    Ongoing registration may be possible between sessions if space permits - contact us at any time to inquire about openings.
    We also offer a drop in option for people to check out the camp. The cost to drop in is $20.00 which will be deducted from your registration fee if you sign up for a camp within 30 days of your drop in session.
    We require 24 hours notice of a drop in to ensure we have space and equipment for you during the session.

    The equipment we use in our Bootcamp for the strength training portion ( medicine ball/stretch tube/dumbbells)--the cardio portion of the Bootcamp consists of drills, stairs,aerobic type exercises, and one of the following walking,running or jogging depending on your level of fitness. Nordic walking is also available as Jon is a certified Nordic Walking instructor.

    *****This program is unique in that anyone can participate in the program because you workout at your own level.*****
    The program progresses through the 8 weeks and overload is achieved due to variance of resistance.

Our trainers are not just Bootcamp instructors but are BCRPA registered fitness leaders and personal trainers. This means our trainers have the knowledge and education to successfully get you where you want to go.Your Goal could be as simple as being able to do pushups on your toes or improve your running ability.Come to Boot Camp with or without a goal. It will become very clear in your mind what your goals will be.Improved Health and Fitness will be achieved! Guaranteed!!!
    - Body Composition Testing -Available upon request. This would consist of girth measurements, Body Fat % test or both.
    - Results - We guarantee that Full on Fitness will take you to the next level of fitness. There is only one thing that we ask from you - COMMITMENT!!!! You have already made a commitment to yourself by checking out fitness options, however if you make the commitment to yourself for 8 weeks and give it your all you will be thrilled at the changes you see - changes in your body, your energy, your state of mind, and your overall well being.

    MOM AND BABY BOOTCAMP

    Mom and Baby BootCamp is an energenic stroller-based fitness class with strengthening exercises and "fat burning" drills to kick start the post pregnancy weight loss!
    Baby Bootcamp is a dynamic well-rounded program tailored to safely and efficiently tackle the physical obstacles that face new moms. Improve your muscle tone and posture, increase your energy levels, and have fun too!!!

    A jogging stroller is not necessary but we do ask that you have an exercise mat and a proper rain/wind shield for your stroller.

    Classes are a combination of strength and cardio exercises.
